If you are not satisfied with your pre-order purchase, we offer a refund as long as the device has not been shipped. If your device is defective, we offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. To qualify for a replacement, the device must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. We will inspect the device to determine the cause of the defect. If the device is found to be defective due to a manufacturing or design flaw, we will replace the device at no additional cost to you.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for devices that have been damaged or misused. If the device shows signs of damage caused by the user, or if the device has been used beyond what we consider to be normal wear and tear, we will not replace the device for free. In these cases, we may offer a repair service at a reasonable cost.

Additionally, we are not liable for charges resulting from claims made without contacting us first. If you have any issues with your pre-order purchase, please contact us using the contact form provided on our website or by replying to your pre-order confirmation email so that we can address your concerns directly. Please note that refunds will only be issued if they are explicitly requested by the customer, and refunds may take 5-7 days on average to process depending on your credit card provider. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for us to process your refund request before submitting a claim. We will not be held liable for any claims submitted before this timeframe.
